None other than Rihanna could completely rule the worlds of fashion and beauty in 2017. Along side the genius behind Fenty Puma x Rihanna collections and the groundbreaking debut of Fenty Beauty (which brought in over $72 million in sales) by the way, Bad Gal Riri stunned the industry with the most epic editorial and always memorable red carpet moments. From her slayage at Cannes Film Festival 2017 to her flawless Comme des Garçons Met Gala look, Rihanna continues to keep us on the lookout for her next move.
Finishing 2017 with a Bang
Rihanna’s most recent milestone is to cover not one but two magazines at once. There is nothing this girl can’t do. The beauty covers Vogue Paris and Dazed Magazine. Each publication consists of multiple editions for a grand total of seven different magazine covers. 7! That is completely insane, but we are so here for it.
Rihanna also served as guest editor for the December/January issue of Vogue Paris. The pop-star turned mogul shared a preview of all three covers on Instagram. Each of the collectible editions features a creative aesthetic and captured by a different photographer; Juergen Teller, Inez and Vinoodh and Jean-Paul Goude each contributed images in their signature styles for the stories.
Ready for 2018
Another big iconic move to look forward to with RiRi’s name tied to it is Met Gala Ball 2018. Although it’s a few months away, anticipations are high and fashion’s biggest night will be hosted by Rihanna and the likes of Amal Clooney, Anna Wintour and Donatella Versace.
