First I would like to send my condolences to those who passed during the tragic events of Travis Scott’s Astroworld festival. As a concert goer and one who has thrown events, this is the last thing you would want to happen. Despite who is exactly at blame, we all must do our due diligence to stay safe while we are out at an event.

I hope we can come out of this tragic event with ways to curb this from happening. For the performers on the stage, it is important to keep your entourage on stage limited so that if something occurs you can be prepared to stop the show. As a concert goer be cautious in the mosh pit, and notify security if you see something, after all the idea is to have fun and create moments you will remember.

Silk Sonic – An Evening With Silk Sonic

Silk Sonic has finally arrived for the masses today. As one of the most anticipated releases of the year, the collaborative of Bruno Mars and Anderson .Paak is set to bring us some good vibes just in time for the holiday season. Silk Sonic is dropping off that soulful funk reminiscent of the 70’s.

This collaboration is a perfect mixture of Mars crooning, and .Paak’s raunchy hip hop swag. This 8 song vignette will keep you jamming with three songs already released. I’m here to tell you it gets better and you will be playing this over and over.

Smino – I Deserve

St. Louis rapper Smino is back with “I Deserve”. This comes in anticipation of a new album that Smino said he will be dropping soon. Let’s all keep our fingers cross that Smino new project will release before the end of year.

KVtheWriter – Find Yours

KVtheWriter has been making waves recently with her studio sessions at Profield Reserve. The St. Louis rising artist has released her new single in leiu of those sessions titled, “Find Yours”. Per KV’s twitter account she describes her latest song as, “a song about letting go of love that is no longer working for you”.
