Are You Protecting Your Positive Energy?

Too often we give attention to all the wrong things. We give way too much power to all the wrong energy, and not enough into conserving positive energy.  What you do, what you say, what you hear, what you eat, and even what you inhale determines the trajectory of your day.Positive Energy

When you wake up in the morning consider, how are you fueling your body with positive energy? What energy are you eating for breakfast? When you wake up in the morning are you telling yourself… yes you can do it, yes you can make it, yes you are capable, yes you are going to get through?

We know that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, it allows you to feel recharged and rejuvenated. Whatever you put into your body determines what energy you may have throughout the day.  Just as your body needs to refuel, so does your mind. If you are feeding your body junk, then what you are doing is feeding your body negative energy that does nothing but bring you down. But, if you woke up in the morning to eat a hearty breakfast of eggs or fruit and you drink a glass of milk, then you will notice that your body will feel much better, because you are fueled with positive energy.

Did you wake up this morning reading something that was motivational to get in the right headspace? Did you listen to your favorite podcast or your favorite song? Did you smile this morning? Did you tell someone that you love them? Or, did you say something that would bring someone down? Were you gossiping this morning or were you uplifting someone’s spirit?

If you are familiar with the Law of Conservation, then you know that energy can neither be created nor destroyed. It can only be transferred from one form to another. Preserving a sound mind requires you to conserve your positive energy. You must stay in a good headspace to avoid having your positive energy transformed into something less inviting.

I’m not saying that you are never going to have negative energy and I recognize that sometimes you just have bad days. But, the important thing is understanding that you don’t have to stay in a head space of negativity. Let the negativity be transferred and when you get to a place of positivity…PROTECT YOUR ENERGY!
