Hello, and I hope all of you all are doing well on this first Friday of October. This week we have October’s very own Drake dropping his new album For All My Dogs, Earl Sweatshirt and the Alchemist linking up for their collaboration and more. We also got a bunch of new singles to add to the playlist including Tems new hit “Me & You.”

Drake – For All The Dogs

Need I say more today, Drake has released his new album For All The Dogs. As one of the most anticipated albums of the year, the internet went crazy on Thursday when Drake dropped visuals for 8am in Charlotte, produced by Conductor Williams who has worked for Griselda Records. One thing is for certain when Drake releases new music people will listen whether you a fan or not.

For All The Dogs is about 1 hour and 30 minutes long and has 23 tracks listed. The project guest features range from J Cole, SZA, 21 Savage, Lil Yachty, Teezo Touchdown, Chief Keef, Bad Bunny, Partynextdoor, and St. Louis own Sexyy Red featured on “Rich Baby Daddy.” Depending on what you like from Drake, take a listen to the entire project and let me know what are your favorites.

Tems – Me & U

Nigerian singer Tems has released her latest track “Me & U.” After becoming a superstar thanks to her feature on Wizkid’s “Essence” people have been awaiting her moves. Along with releasing the song, Tems released the video for her song showing Tems spiritual side and cultural roots. Though, Tems has previous released music, the expectations have become great for the young songstress, and this song is an indicator then we may be in for a new generational talent.

Earl Sweatshirt x Alchemist – Voir Dire

Earl Sweatshirt and The Alchemist have linked up for Voir Dire. The project was released originally as a NFT back in August and now released for the public. Between Earl Sweatshirt rhymes and Alchemist production the 11 track project soundscapes give me gospel and gritty vibes, that would consider me maybe purchasing this on vinyl. Voir Dire is sure to have hip hop heads keeping this in heavy rotation. My favorite tracks on the project in “Mancala,” featuring Vince Staples, “Vin Skully,” and “Sentry.”

Elcamino – They Spit On Jesus

Benny Butcher has been building his BSF label for the last couple of years. Elcamino who has been affiliated with Griselda signed with BSF back in 2022. As one of the front men for Benny The Butcher label Elcamino released his second project They Spit On Jesus.

Nappyhigh – StashHouse

Nappyhigh is a producer from Palmdale, California who has released his latest single “StashHouse.” This is the second single from Nappyhigh after dropping “FromTheProjects” last week. NappyHigh has produced for the likes of Curren$y, Mick Jenkins, Blu, Iman Omari, and Sy Ari Da Kid and could be consider one of your favorite artist’s favorite.
