Fabolous Arrested For Domestic Violence

On Wednesday (March 28), Brooklyn rapper, Fabolous was arrested for a domestic violence incident with long-time girlfriend, Emily Bustamante (known as Emily B). Reports stated police were called to their home in Englewood, NJ that evening.

Fabolous surrendered to police and was arrested on DV charges. Upon his release, he was issued a citation with a court date for him to appear on. Previous reports state the abuse stems back to March 7. During an L.A. trip, the rapper allegedly spun out of control and began verbally threatening Bustamante via text.

The texts contained death threats towards her family where he claimed, “he had a bullet for them.” Due to this, Bustamante had the handguns removed from their home, fearing for her safety.

According to TMZ, Fabolous punched Bustamante in the face seven times, knocking out her two front teeth. The incident occurred after the rapper sent her threats of violence. He then became infuriated after Bustamante had her father and brother remove the guns from their home, and could not located them.

No additional statements from Fabolous or Bustamante have been given.
