Earlier this week former police officer Derek Chauvin trial began for the death of George Floyd. As the country awaits the outcome of this trial, I want to remain stedfast that justice will prevail for the Floyd family. I am hopeful that this trial will serve as a turning point for police brutality and help us solve the bad police practices that have existed in America.
