Vibe recently revealed the song, “Is You Ready,” will serve as the postseason anthem for the league. An MLB spokesperson told the publication the partnership made since because the trio loves baseball.
“I’m a sports guy, so when I heard about this MLB opportunity, it was a go for me,” Offset said. “I like when music and sports collide because we all grew up on both. A lot of MLB players use our songs for their walk-up music, so this collab will get them amped.”
“Is You Ready” was originally released on the soundtrack of Mark Wahlberg’s movie, Mile 22.
