Music will once again fill the streets of the Central West End as the third annual CWE Jazz & Blues Festival returns on Saturday, August 15, 2026. The free community event invites residents and visitors to spend an afternoon immersed in the sounds, flavors and culture that have made the Central West End one of St. Louis’ premier destinations.

Hosted by the Euclid South Community Improvement District and Park Central Development, the festival celebrates the city’s rich musical heritage while showcasing some of St. Louis’ most talented performers.

Running from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., the outdoor festival transforms the intersection of Euclid and Laclede Avenues into a vibrant stage where live jazz, blues, brass, food and community come together for one unforgettable summer afternoon.

A Celebration of St. Louis Music

St. Louis has long been recognized as one of America’s great music cities, producing generations of influential jazz and blues artists whose impact continues to shape the genre today. The CWE Jazz & Blues Festival honors that legacy by providing a platform for today’s outstanding local musicians while creating an accessible, family-friendly event for the entire community.

Festival organizers have once again assembled a lineup representing the diversity and talent found throughout the region’s music scene—from traditional jazz ensembles and blues performers to jazz fusion, second-line brass and big band sounds.

Visitors can expect nearly six hours of continuous live entertainment featuring musicians who have become staples throughout St. Louis venues and festivals.

With more than 4.6 million visitors welcomed annually, the neighborhood continues to serve as one of St. Louis’ most active destinations for dining, entertainment, healthcare, culture and residential living.

The festival not only supports local musicians but also drives visitors to neighborhood businesses, strengthening connections between residents, visitors and entrepreneurs while celebrating the area’s rich history and vibrant future.
