2020 has been the year of the female artist and that train is taking a stop in Dallas to pick up Erica Banks. In two short years, she’s emerged as the leading lady for the DFW and with the co-sign of Houston’s reigning powerhouse label, 1501 Certified, soon it’ll be the world. This summer she’s been able to raise he profile under even more impossible circumstances that usual with the country mostly being shut down. She’s been able to stay connected online with her base and grow it even behind her infectious single, Buss It.
At only 21, she sounds seasoned on her records. Her voice is warm and oozing confidence. She took the leap from full time student & worker to full time artist and it’s paid off. Her determination has gotten on the edge of becoming a mega star. This summer she released her first official project under her new label. Appropriately titled, Erica Banks, as it serves as the introduction to her for much of the world musically.
Tune in 8/20/20 at 3pm CST on IG Live to see me interview Erica Banks 1 on 1.
