The Diplomats reunited this past Friday in Times Square’s Best Buy Theatre for the last leg of Red Bull Music Academy’s “Five Out of Five” Tour. Cam’Ron, Jim Jones, and Juelz Santana spit venom soaked hits off 2003’s Diplomatic Immunity. Jones brought out surprise guest (and fellow Harlemnite) ASAP Rocky who performed “Peso” before jumping into the smoke-filled crowd and moshing with fans. CAPO, Juelz, and Killa went through their solo hits, soon followed by Vado (fittingly dipped in ‘Lo) who hit the stage with Cam for “Speakin’ in Tongues”. Dip CEO Freekey Zekey didn’t disappoint either, flexing his muscles as he “danced” shirtless for the roaring crowd. Respect the movement, Dipset.
