Yet again exercising spectacular news judgment, NBC opted to air a Kris Jenner( America#1 MILF) interview this morning on the Today Show rather than cut to the 9/11 memorial ceremony like all of the other broadcast network news shows – namely ABC‘s Good Morning America and CBS‘s CBS This Morning – were covering.
The interview consisted of Jenner talking about her most recent breast augmentation. You can check out a pretty jarring cut of all the news coverage of the memorial that happened at the same time spliced with Jenner’s interview courtesy of NYMag here.
Today fired back at the criticism, issuing a statement to Politico saying, “The Today Show dedicated a considerable amount of time to September 11th coverage this morning throughout the entire show.” They also pointed out that the Jenner interview aired during the West Coast broadcast.
