Fourth of July weekend brings to mind the aroma of chicken on the grill, relaxing in the sun with family and friends, and Fair St. Louis with its outstanding FREE musical acts un-derneath the Arch. Well this year, Mother Nature has been in full effect; bringing with her more- than-usual bipolar weather to St. Louis. From tornadoes to thunderstorms to temps way above or even drastically below average temperatures… one can’t tell from day to day what the weatherwill do. Sunday, July 3rd, 2011 was no exception. Set to perform pre-fireworks were Maroon 5 and opening act PJ Morton.
