Missouri State highway patrols are testing a new coating on walls to make it easier to remove graffiti from walls. The chemical was donated by a group on Kansas City and will be tested on a few troubled areas. Im not sure how this move will stop graffiti artists– IMHO it just will be easier for artists to get a fresh canvas every time State highway workers wash it off. But we’ll see how it works.
