It seems Miguel is back with new music for us to fall in love with. The WILDHEART singer is back with a new album, War & Leisure, scheduled to be released on December 1st. Following his “Sky Walker” (featuring Travis Scott) and “Told You So” singles, the R&B singer has given us another album peek with “Pineapple Skies”.
Like his other singles, this song pulls you in with its groovy and catchy lyrics. “So please show me love baby/Lead us so high we think we won’t touch the ground/Hell, when we look up, look up baby “huh”/Smiling at the purple skies/Promise everything gon’ be alright.”
According to Miguel, his newest production is driven by positivity and encourages smiling at the heavens above. Back in July, the singer was a guest on Snoop Dogg’s GGN, where he spoke of his upcoming album. “Right now, [I’m] just wrapping up a project,” he said. “I feel like I’ve been creating three projects simultaneously. So, the one that’s the most complete is what I’m kind of wrapping up now.”
