Stussy presents a capsule collection that’s sure to get you into the Halloween spirit: the brand has partnered with Creepy Magazine, the classic horror comic launched by Warren Publishing in 1964. The black and white newsstand publication, formatted as a magazine to circumvent the censorship power of the Comics Code Authority, featured the work of several highly influential comic book artists, including Frank Frazetta, Steve Ditko, Neal Adams and John Severin. The Creepy collection is made up of tees designed with original art from the comic magazine’s archives, one of which is adorned with 3-D screenprint and includes free 3-D glasses, as well as two snapback caps. The assortment is available now at Stussy chapter stores as well as online. Click through to see video of current Creepy owner Dan Braun discuss the publication’s history.
