Following-up on Motorola’s extremely popular GSM QWERTY mobile phone the MILESTONE, Motorola updates itself with a second generation model. Coming in as an Android offering, the new MILESTONE 2 features the latest Android 2.2 operating system, a 3.7 inch 854 x 480 touchscreen and a re-designed keyboard that removes the D-pad. The internals include a 1 Ghz processor, 8 GB of internal storage plus 8 GB bundled memory card and 720p HD recording and playback. The phone will be available as of the 4th quarter in Europe.
