His grandfather started this business in 1978 back then it was called Vinh Chop Suey then was passed to his father. Kenny’s father still owns this location currently and In 2011 his father handed the family business”The Rice House” to his son Kenny. SO TALK ABOUT A FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS.
