Big Baby Q and Smokehouse was crafted from the minds of local chef, Ben Welch and his father, a celebrated artist from Chicago area, Bennie Welch. The result is a company motivated to bring St. Louis an elevated experience of great hospitality, Memphis-style dry-rubbed meats, southern-inspired sides, and desserts and full-flavored sauces always made from scratch.
